Canon RF 24-105mm f/2.8 L IS USM Z Lens (Canon RF)

The canon rf 24 105mm z covers the full 24-105mm range with an integrated power zoom ring that enables smooth, motorized zoom control for cinema use, giving directors and camera operators precise repeatable zoom speeds.

A constant f/2.8 maximum aperture across the entire 24-105mm range provides two stops of light advantage over the f/4 version, enabling shallower depth of field and faster shutter speeds across the full zoom range.

Dual Nano USM motors drive the focus group for fast, accurate, and near-silent autofocus operation, fully compatible with Dual Pixel CMOS AF on EOS R cameras for subject tracking in both photo and video modes.

The Dual IS system combines optical stabilization in the lens with in-body IS on compatible Canon EOS R cameras, delivering up to 7.5 stops of combined image stabilization for handheld shooting across the zoom range.

The electronic power zoom ring provides variable-speed motorized zoom control, with smooth acceleration and deceleration that eliminates the jerky movement of manual zoom pulls during video recording and live streaming.

Multiple Ultra-Low Dispersion glass elements and one fluorite element control chromatic aberration at f/2.8, maintaining edge-to-edge sharpness and color accuracy across the full 24-105mm focal range.

Super Spectra and Air Sphere coatings work together to suppress internal reflections and flare, maintaining image contrast and color fidelity when shooting in challenging backlit conditions or under mixed lighting.

Full weather sealing at barrel joints, switches, and the front element fluorine coating provides dust and moisture resistance for production use in outdoor and variable conditions across the full zoom range.
