Godox ML 150 II Macro Ring Flash

The godox ml 150 ii uses a ring-shaped flash tube that mounts to the front of the lens and surrounds the subject with even, shadowless illumination from all sides simultaneously, delivering the controlled lighting approach most effective for close-up and macro photography.

Manual power control across a range of output levels allows precise flash exposure adjustment for different magnification ratios and aperture settings during macro shooting, with the ability to set different output levels between the two halves of the ring.

Integrated LED modeling lights provide continuous illumination for composition, focus checking, and video recording in macro situations, allowing the ring flash to function as both a still photography flash and a continuous video light.

Independent control of the left and right halves of the ring flash allows the lighting ratio between the two sides to be adjusted, introducing directional shadows that add a sense of depth and three-dimensionality to macro subject rendering.

Ships with a set of adapter rings covering the most common lens filter thread diameters, allowing the same ring flash unit to fit lenses with different front element sizes without purchasing additional accessories for each lens.

An integrated rechargeable battery powers the ML-150 II without requiring disposable AA batteries or mains connection, providing a portable macro lighting solution for location, field, and studio macro photography.

A wireless optical slave mode allows the ML-150 II to be triggered remotely by another flash unit without a physical cable connection, enabling integration into multi-flash setups alongside speedlites and studio strobe systems.

Compatible with cameras and lenses across Canon, Nikon, Sony, and other brands via the included adapter ring set and standard hot shoe mounting, covering a wide range of DSLR and mirrorless macro photography systems.
