Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Nikon F

The sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art opens to f/1.4 at the wide 24mm focal length, delivering exceptional light-gathering for astrophotography, night landscape, environmental portrait, and interior photography where both a wide field of view and maximum aperture are needed on Nikon F cameras.

The Art line designation marks Sigma's highest optical performance category, applying premium glass elements and an advanced optical formula to the wide 24mm focal length to achieve resolution and corner sharpness that exceeds many competing wide-angle prime designs at f/1.4.

The Hyper Sonic Motor delivers fast and near-silent autofocus with full-time manual focus override, maintaining full compatibility with Nikon F camera AF systems including 3D tracking and continuous AF for reliable focus during landscape, documentary, and event shooting.

Sigma's Fluorite-grade Low Dispersion, Special Low Dispersion, and aspherical glass elements control coma, field curvature, and chromatic aberration at f/1.4 on a 24mm wide-angle design, enabling sharp and accurate star rendering across the full-frame image circle.

Super Multi-Layer Coating on internal elements suppresses flare and ghosting when shooting toward bright light sources within the 24mm wide-angle field of view, maintaining image contrast and color fidelity for landscape, architecture, and available-light photography.

Nine rounded aperture blades produce smooth and circular out-of-focus highlights at f/1.4, and at small apertures the 9-blade formula generates attractive sunstar patterns suited to landscape and architectural photography with defined light sources in frame.

Designed for the Nikon F mount and covering the full 35mm image circle, this lens is compatible with all Nikon D-series DSLR cameras and with Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras via the Nikon FTZ II mount adapter.

A robust lens barrel construction with tight manufacturing tolerances and a non-rotating front element allows circular polarizing and graduated ND filters to maintain their set orientation throughout the full autofocus travel range.
