Sigma 14-24mm f/2.8 DG DN Art Lens for Sony E

The sigma 14 24mm covers an ultra-wide zoom range starting at 14mm, giving landscape, architecture, astrophotography, and interior photographers expansive field-of-view options on full-frame Sony E-mount cameras.

A constant f/2.8 maximum aperture maintained across the entire 14-24mm range provides strong light-gathering for handheld astrophotography and low-light interior shooting where a wide field of view is required simultaneously.

The lens uses a high-speed linear actuator focusing system optimized for Sony E-mount communication, delivering fast and near-silent autofocus with full compatibility with Sony's phase-detect subject detection and eye-tracking AF systems.

Sigma's Special Low Dispersion glass elements and aspherical elements control chromatic aberration, field curvature, and distortion across the ultra-wide zoom range at f/2.8, maintaining corner sharpness at all focal lengths.

Super Multi-Layer Coating suppresses flare and ghosting caused by light sources within or near the expansive 14mm field of view, maintaining contrast and color fidelity when shooting into the sun or under artificial lighting.

Nine rounded aperture blades produce smooth and circular out-of-focus highlights at f/2.8, and at 14mm the lens renders a distinctive sunstar pattern at small apertures for creative landscape and astrophotography compositions.

Dust and splash resistant construction with a sealed mount gasket protects the lens during outdoor shooting in variable weather, making it suitable for landscape, travel, and documentary work in field conditions.

Designed natively for the Sony E-mount and covering the full 35mm image circle, this lens is fully compatible with all Sony Alpha full-frame mirrorless cameras and delivers an equivalent 21-36mm range on APS-C bodies.
